We've compiled some answers to our most frequently asked parking questions. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please contact us.


Are there any special rates if I park or work after 6pm?
Yes! Some lots offer an evening and weekend special. Please see the booth attendant or call our office for more information.

What happens if the garage is closed when I come back for my car?
There are signs posted throughout each garage with the after hours release phone number and release fee. The release fee does not cover the cost of parking.

Online Security

Is my online payment safe?
Your security is of paramount importance to us. With our online payment system your private information is as safe and secure as possible. We are using the most advanced security mechanisms available to insure your information is protected.

Parking Violations

I recieved a letter threatening to affect my credit report, what can I do?
This letter is the final attempt to contact you regarding this issue. The violation will immediately be reported to a collections agency after 15 days if it is not paid. No extensions of this time period will be offered once the final notice has been generated.

Is my violation payment refundable?

All violation payments are final and no refunds will be issued.

What will happen if I don't pay the envelope or parking violation that was issued to me?
If the parking violation continues to go unpaid it will be forwarded to a collection agency for collections and may negatively affect your credit.
