Union Station Parking Garage
In October of 1997, IPM began consulting with the property owners regarding revenue forecasting, pre-opening marketing, and the physical start-up of the garage. The facility opened in July of 1998. The garage operates as a self-park for 1,150 vehicles and IPM provides valet service for numerous events at the Union Station.

DIAPark.com
IPM acquired DIAPark.com (an off-airport parking facility located in Denver, Colorado) in August of 2000. The facility has 700 spaces and operates 6 shuttle busses 365 days per year.

Qwest Field Garage
IPM was awarded the contract for management in September of 1999 and commenced operation of the garage in October with the opening of the facility. At this time, there are no plans for a valet service; however, that option has not been ruled out.

Uwajimaya Village
IPM manages the parking operations for Alto Partnerships, including the new Uwajimaya Village grocery store and apartment buildings. These four different facilities comprise a total of 620 stalls.

Metropolitan Tower Garage
IPM manages this parking operation for HSC Real Estate, one of Seattle’s largest apartment management companies. IPM took over operations in August of 2004 from Central Parking Systems and increased revenues by 30% in the first 12 months; IPM continued to realize a double digit increase in the subsequent 12 months.
