Management
Stephen T. Sundberg
President
Always the entrepreneur at heart, Steve Sundberg broke away from the corporate Rent-a-Car world in 1985 and established IPM Inc; d.b.a. Premier Parking, offering indoor, outdoor and valet parking at Denver's Stapleton Airport. The company prospered under the direct operation and management of Sundberg, and in May of 1997, Apollo Group's Allright Parking purchased Premier Parking following two highly successful years at the new Denver International Airport.
In 1997 Steve moved to Seattle and proceeded to develop a consulting and parking management firm that has expanded to include 19 city properties and one off-airport parking facility. Steve has mastered the concept of integrating Internet marketing for brick-and-mortar facilities and consults on additional marketing and development projects. His creative mind and ability to promote a facility or idea makes him unique in the parking industry.
Currently, Steve has relinquished the day to day operational and marketing responsibilities to the talented and strong staff that constitutes IPM, but continues as an advisor and creative mentor.
